About the role

At Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interactions with our company. Based in Pasig City Metro Manila, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and managing incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying and escalating critical issues to appropriate team members
  • Suggesting improvements to customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or logistics industry but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
