Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal and corporate documents (contracts, board resolutions, SEC filings, permits, etc.).
  • Liaise with government agencies (SEC, BIR, LGUs, DOH, PhilHealth, etc.) and private institutions to secure and renew permits, licenses, and compliance documents.
  • Monitor expiration of permits and corporate documents and ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of legal records.
  • Support the Legal Officer/Corporate Secretary in corporate governance requirements.
  • Handle correspondence and coordinate with internal departments regarding compliance matters.
  • Perform legal research and basic document analysis when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or in corporate compliance is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with government regulatory processes and corporate documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
