The Facilities Engineer will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and services across assigned properties. This role ensures the properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained while complying with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Operations

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and fire protection.
  • Coordinate and monitor repair works, service activities, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure the property remains clean, secure, and in good working condition.

Vendor and Contractor Management

  • Administer contracts and manage relationships with third-party service providers (e.g., security, janitorial, pest control, landscaping).
  • Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable local regulations and requirements from agencies such as BFP, DENR, and DOLE
  • Perform routine inspections and organize safety drills.
  • Keep permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents current and well-documented.

Budgeting and Cost Management

  • Support the development and tracking of the facilities management budget.
  • Identify and implement cost-efficiency measures, including monitoring utility consumption.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Facilities Management.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities/property management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management systems/software.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
