Job DescriptionDescriptionCompany DescriptionHealthway Medical Network (HMN) is a premier healthcare network based in the Philippines and wholly owned by the Ayala Corporation under Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc (AC Health). The network includes Healthway Multi-Specialty Centers, QualiMed Hospitals, and the upcoming Healthway Cancer Care Hospital. Healthway Multi-Specialty Centers operate 10 state-of-the-art outpatient branches, while QualiMed Hospitals provide comprehensive care through four hospitals and one ambulatory center.

The new Healthway Cancer Care Hospital will focus on specialized cancer treatment and management. Serving a patient base of 3 million, HMN emphasizes a human-centric approach and continues to invest in its people, technology, and facilities. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Engineer located in NCR, Philippines.

The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for overseeing facilities engineering functions, managing daily operations, and handling all aspects of facility management. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities to support optimal healthcare delivery. QualificationsFacilities Engineering and Facilities Operations skills

Facility Management (FM) experience

Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work on multiple clinics within Metro ManilaBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field
