Position: Senior Medical Claims Coding Analyst
Location: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Set-up & Shift: On-Site & Night Shift

Your Role:
● In-charge of overseeing the PH Medical Claims Coding Team (Medical Claims Coding Analysts)
● Providing coding updates to the billing department as well as dissemination of said information to US Coding Team Lead so they can compile said information and disseminate to insurance providers.
● Responsible for Charge Review:
○ In charge of Phototherapy and PALLAS charges
○ Simple E/M only visits

• No modifiers
○ Simple E/M visits with single procedure done

• Only modifier 25 is applicable and strictly one procedure only.
● Compile coding errors to be used as material for training
● Track coding issues and provide weekly feedback to the Coding Team Lead/Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• At least 3 years of experience or background knowledge in Charge Review/Coding, E/M visits, CPT Coding, claims/denials management.

• Experience in using EMR systems (e.g., EPIC)

• Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)

• Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

• Amenable to Work on Night Shift.

• Amenable to Work On-Site (Eastwood Site).
