The Quantity Surveyor – MEPFS is responsible for cost planning, quantity take-off, budgeting, and cost control of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems (MEPFS) works. The role ensures accurate cost estimates, efficient budget utilization, and proper financial monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEPFS works based on drawings and specifications.
• Develop and monitor MEPFS project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, bid comparisons, and recommend awarding of MEPFS packages.
• Prepare and assess progress billings, variation orders, and claims for MEPFS works.
• Monitor actual costs versus budget and report cost variances.
• Coordinate with design, site, and QA/QC teams regarding changes affecting cost.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and project financial summaries.
• Verify materials, labor, and work accomplishments for billing purposes.
• Assist in contract administration and final account preparation.
• Support project close-out and turnover documentation related to MEPFS costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor handling MEPFS works in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, materials, and cost components.
• Proficient in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Skilled in MS Excel, MS Office, and familiarity with AutoCAD or cost estimation software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on-site and under project-based arrangements.

• PRC Licensed Engineer
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge in variation and claims management
