About the role

As a Team Member (Froyo Artisan) at BLK 513, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our premium frozen yogurt in Quezon City. This full-time position will see you working as part of a passionate team to produce high-quality, artisanal frozen yogurt for our discerning customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving fresh, delicious frozen yoghurt and toppings to customers
  2. Ensuring strict food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  3. Assisting with stocking, rotation and inventory management of frozen yogurt and toppings
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive in-store experience
  5. Supporting the overall store operations as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous customer service or food service experience, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting
  2. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service
  4. Enthusiasm for food and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
