Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Knowledgeable in any accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit required documentation for loan or lease applications on time.
  • Monitor and provide monthly reports on loan and lease balances, including covenant compliance.
  • Ensure issuance of post-dated checks (PDCs) in line with agreed terms.
  • Prepare cash flow reports, identify variances, and provide analysis.
  • Forecast, monitor, and track cash flow on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Oversee bank transactions to confirm accuracy of balances and promptly investigate irregular items.
  • Complete documentation for cash management setup and draft related correspondence or proposals.
  • Recommend process improvements in cash management to ensure timely fulfillment of financial obligations in line with company policies and procedures.
