About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior RPA Developer
with advanced expertise in
Microsoft Power Automate
and
Python-based RPA frameworks
. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions across business processes. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with
AI agents and bot-driven automation
, ensuring that our automation strategy evolves alongside the latest advancements in applied AI.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions, translating business needs into scalable automation workflows, and acting as a technical leader in the automation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of
    RPA solutions
    using Power Automate and Python RPA libraries (e.g., PyAutoGUI, RPA Framework, TagUI).
  • Architect and implement
    AI-driven digital agents
    and integrate them into existing automation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design automation solutions, and ensure measurable value delivery.
  • Develop robust, reusable automation components and establish best practices for bot resilience, exception handling, and security.
  • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed automations for performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong automation community of practice.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new RPA tools, AI agent frameworks, and emerging automation trends.

Skills & QualificationsEssential

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in
    RPA solution development
    , with senior-level expertise in
    Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud)
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    for RPA, automation scripting, and API integration.
  • Demonstrated experience with
    AI agents / autonomous bot frameworks
    (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Microsoft Copilot integrations).
  • Deep knowledge of process analysis, automation best practices, and digital transformation frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of
    API integrations, data handling, and orchestration
    within automation pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a
    remote-first environment
    , with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

  • Exposure to additional RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Experience with
    cloud ecosystems
    (Azure, AWS, GCP) in automation contexts.
  • Knowledge of secure development practices for bots handling sensitive data.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
