Our client is looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager
to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the delivery of scalable software solutions. This role bridges technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution to ensure engineering efforts align with business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow engineering, data science, or solutions delivery teams.
  • Drive high-quality software delivery, aligning engineering work with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to define priorities and scope.
  • Manage team roadmaps, resource planning, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
  • Identify process improvements and guide teams toward scalable, maintainable solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-8+ years of leadership experience in software engineering or related technical teams.
  • Proven track record in building high-performance teams, mentoring, and career coaching.
  • Experience managing software delivery in Agile environments and full software development lifecycles.
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to balance hands-on guidance and strategic oversight.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
