We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in preparing and managing safety-related documents, particularly those required for compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and other government regulations.
  • Prepare, manage, and submit all safety documentation and reports required by DOLE and other regulatory bodies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor company safety policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on site.
  • Lead toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training for employees.
  • Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring proper corrective actions are taken.
  • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and workers to ensure safe working practices are observed at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2 or higher, depending on project requirements).
  • Proven knowledge and experience in safety compliance documentation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of DOLE regulations, OSHS, and other related safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction/industrial projects is preferred.
  • Willing to relocate or commute to TRINOMA
