What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-driven Accountant with strong experience in financial reporting, ERP systems, and the 3PL/logistics industry. The ideal candidate will manage core accounting functions, support financial planning, and help drive process improvements across the finance team. This role requires expertise in GAAP, Oracle JD Edwards ERP, and intermediate Excel skills.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Record financial transactions, journal entries, and adjustments in a timely, accurate manner

  • Process invoices, bills, reimbursements, and financial documentation with proper approvals

  • Reconcile A/P, A/R, bank accounts, and other ledgers for accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (BS, P&L, cash flow)

  • Gather and analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Conduct account and financial analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions

  • Maintain fixed asset and inventory records, including depreciation schedules

  • Support cost analysis, profitability analysis, and long-term forecasting efforts

  • Participate in improving accounting processes and ERP workflows

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain confidentiality with financial data

  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the accounting team

Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in logistics, 3PL, or warehouse environments

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

  • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards ERP (E1)

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments

  • Familiarity with inventory control and fulfillment billing processes
