This is a smallest branch out of our four branches in QC. You will manage a team of 6-8 massage therapist together with another receptionist.

Your job revolves around:

1. Assisting and entertaining walk-in clients, over the phone clients, and online.

2. Opening the Spa and Closing the Spa and duties revolving it.

3. Receiving, safekeeping, and depositing to bank cash payments everyday

4. Inputting all sales and other records in the computer.

5. Be in the Spa at 1:30pm to prepare the day-to-day operations

6.Help in marketing through social media posting. text blasts. client retention and win-back efforts.

7. Coordinate with other branches for help and to help other fellow receptionists as well.

8. Making sure the smooth day-to-day Spa operations

Spa Operations: 2pm - 2am, Mondays - Sundays (split among two receptionists)

Pre-opening of Spa 1pm - 2pm.

We are doing a 4 day work week schedule for a total of min of 40 hrs per week and max of 48 hrs per week.

Upper management rarely goes to the Spa and does not like micromanagement, so the ideal candidate would be someone who is:

1. Tech Savvy

2. Fast Learner

3. Pro Active

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php86.88 per hour
