We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager -Commercial to join our finance team. In this role, you will be a key strategic partner, driving the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for revenue-generating business units. You will work closely with commercial teams to provide actionable insights that influence pricing, cost control, and profitability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Budget & Forecast Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the annual budget process across revenue, direct/indirect costs, sales & marketing expenses, capital expenditures, headcount, and allocation drivers.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting tools to support forecasting and budget processes. Track sales and spending, analyze variances, and deliver clear commentary and recommendations to senior management.

Business Partnership:

  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, and support teams to drive decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of pricing models, evaluate capital expenditures, and analyze cost structures to improve profitability.
  • Prepare P&L simulations, scenario planning, and other analyses as required to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensuring all processes comply with established standards and integrity requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
