Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Follow-up required postdated check from buyers

  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor the collection status of past due accounts

  • Conduct follow-up calls, record, and monitor payment commitment

  • Recommends the cancellation of delinquent accounts

  • Prepare and sends past due and cancellation notices

  • Accommodate, resolve, and indorse complaints and concerns of buyers to appropriate departments
