JOB PURPOSE

The Product Associate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing product expertise, assisting in client engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, product managers, and technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the sales team in presenting IT products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, features, and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with product managers, marketing, and technical teams for product positioning and sales alignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any field, IT, or Computer Science is a plus.
  • Experience in Server and Storage is strongly preferred.
  • Fresh graduate who are willing to pursue a career in Sales are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • With strong background and familiarity in IT related products and services and ability to understand complex IT security solution's technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Must be goal-oriented and can work under minimal supervision.
