Responsibilities

A. Production & Compounding

• Operate mixing, blending, and compounding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transfer compounded products to downstream processes filling, packaging while maintaining quality standards.

B. Quality & Compliance

• Record production data and ensure complete documentation in the batch record.
• Participate in in-process inspections and quality checks.

C. Equipment & Maintenance

• Operate and maintain compounding equipment, mixers, and other production tools.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment after use.

D. Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Participate in safety and GMP training programs as required.

• High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical Certificate in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or personal care product manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety procedures, and basic production equipment.
