The ROLE

As a Junior Multimedia Specialist, you'll bring creative ideas to life through engaging visuals, videos, and sound. Working closely with the Creative Producer, you'll help craft and refine multimedia content from podcasts and training videos to promotional materials that showcase 5 ELK's brand & culture. You'll craft eye catching visuals and polished edits that bring ideas to life and make every project estetik

What YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in editing and producing podcasts, including audio cleanup, mixing, and adding imagery & effects.
  • Support the creation of video & graphic content for social media and internal projects.
  • Help with motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling using tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
  • Organize and manage media files & digital assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life across multimedia projects.
  • Stay updated on trends and tools in multimedia and podcast production to contribute fresh ideas.

What WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, IT, Digital Media or any related field
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and production, with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects.
  • Basic knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and video compression/ exporting.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Good time management skills & ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or JavaScript if working on web-based multimedia content is a bonus.
