About the role

Join Ascendion', a leading provider of customer service solutions, as an Email Support Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through prompt and effective email communication. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with Ascendion's diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to address customer concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using email, Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Enthusiastic, empathetic and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
