→ Work on your own hours but must be available to meet for updates.

→ Must be willing to do occasional onsite visits to the BIR Office.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any finance-related course is required

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle QuickBooks accounting and knowledge in BIR and Philippine tax laws is required.

SKILLS:

► Proficiency in QUICKBOOKS software is MUST

► Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

► Proficiency in MS Office

► Excellent communication skills.

► Familiarity in BIR Accounting and filing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) BIR Compliance:

Ensuring all tax filings (VAT, EWT, ITR, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time. Must be willing to do onsite filing to the BIR office.

2) Tax Return Preparation:

Preparing and filing various tax returns required by the BIR.

3) Financial Reporting:

Preparing and reconciling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

4) Bookkeeping / QuickBooks:

Maintaining accurate accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and other supporting documents.

5) Audits:

Assisting with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Important:

→ This is a contract job.

→ No perks or bonuses.

→ Work location: Remote / WFH (with once a month onsite visit to BIR office)

Pay: Php Php240.00 per hour
