About the Role:

The Finance Sr Manager at CBRE will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

The role will involve providing financial guidance and support to the management team, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

  • Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, investors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Accounting and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop and manage budgets for various business units and departments

  • Analyze and report on actual vs budget performance

  • Financial Planning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies

  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units to drive growth and profitability

  • Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accounting staff

  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in a commercial real estate or finance professional services firm
  • Facilities Management Background is required
  • Proficient in financial software, including Excel, financial planning and analysis tools, and accounting systems
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
