About the role

This is a full-time Floor Supervisor - Department Store role at Isetann Department Store, Inc., located in Quiapo, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and smooth running of the department store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of sales associates on the shop floor
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any issues or complaints
  • Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising and store displays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve performance
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide regular reports on store operations and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a department store environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
  • Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
