Accountant - - ERP Migration (Oracle NetSuite)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in planning, design, and execution of the ERP migration project to Oracle NetSuite.

  2. Map existing financial data and processes from legacy systems to NetSuite.

  3. Collaborate with consultants and IT to ensure data integrity during migration.

  4. Assist with data cleansing, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.

  5. Test and validate migrated data, including trial balances, subledger reconciliations, and historical financial records.

  6. Document accounting workflows and ensure process compliance with NetSuite best practices.

  7. Provide user training and support to finance team members on new ERP functionalities.

  8. Prepare financial reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities during and after migration.

  9. Identify and troubleshoot migration issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  10. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies throughout the project. 11. Perform monthly and quarterly general ledger account reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.

  11. Prepare timely and accurate reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts (e.g., cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, intercompany accounts).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, with prior Oracle Netsuite ERP implementation/migration required.

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Set-Up:

  • 100% work on site
  • Mondays - Fridays, Saturdays are only if required
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
