Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee software development projects from planning to delivery. The role requires strong English communication skills, solid project management experience, and excellent research abilities to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and requirements effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning, problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports and documentation.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of solid project management experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to support informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
