You help us foster a culture of innovation and excellence in employee communications.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the design and rapid deployment of engaging video communications, tutorials, and educational materials for Home Lending initiativesSet the standard for visual storytelling and digital content across the organizationTranslate complex business strategies into clear, compelling video and multimedia communicationsOwn the end-to-end creative process, ensuring all deliverables are brand-aligned and accessibleIdentify opportunities for creative content to support change management and employee readinessMentor team members in best practices for video production and digital learning toolsCollaborate with product teams, business leaders, and technology partners to deliver solutions with urgency and precisionManage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, agile environmentEscalate high-risk issues and critical information to leadership with clarity and timelinessDemonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and video editing/production softwareEnsure all content meets ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standardsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Digital Media Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related fieldExperience designing, developing, and troubleshooting web, print, video, audio, graphic, and multimedia deliverablesProven ability to build digital learning templates and scalable creative solutions for large organizationsAdvanced skills in video creation, animation, and multimedia productionStrong project management and leadership skills with a record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlinesExpertise in executive communications, including verbal, written, and presentation skillsDeep understanding of customer and employee experience in financial services channelsHighly creative, self-directed, and able to thrive in environments with ambiguity and frequent changeCollaborative team player with strong influence and relationship-building skillsCommitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and brand consistency in communicationsProficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and video editing/production softwarePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience mentoring and guiding team members in video production and digital learning toolsFamiliarity with Home Lending operations and customer servicing applicationsKnowledge of Chase business channels, including Digital, IVR, Dialer, Telephony, and Call RecordingExperience with ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standardsPortfolio of impactful video and multimedia workFamiliarity with basic analytics to measure and enhance communication effectivenessExperience working in agile environments and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyInternal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE:Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
