Job Summary: The Sales Engineer is a key client-facing role responsible for driving business growth through sales of AVL equipment rentals, system integration services, and immersive technologies such as extended reality (XR) and virtual production. This role involves end-to-end management of sales pipelines, from client acquisition and proposal development to project handover and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Media and Event industry, media server technology, and the evolving needs of our target clients
  • Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work
  • Follow the internally-defined sales processes and standards to ensure excellent customer journey
  • Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written)
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, creativity, and passion—whether in client meetings, industry events, or day-to-day interactions
  • Acquire clients and close contracts to be able to hit sales targets
  • Provide reliable after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction, long-term loyalty, and valuable referrals
  • Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to the employee from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or any related field
  • English communication skills
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • With initiative, focus on detail and can work independently
  • Can present credibly and effectively to colleagues and clients
  • Ability to accept and adapt to feedback
  • Strong time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours based on project needs
