We're looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

with strong
UI/UX skills

to join our growing team In this role, you'll craft compelling visual designs across marketing materials and digital interfaces, including user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept and mockups to final production.

You should have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and proficiency in tools such as
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Figma

. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to create designs that are not only beautiful but purposeful, intuitive, and user-focused.

What You'll Do

  • Research and analyze target users to understand their needs, goals, and behaviors.
  • Define interaction models, design wireframes, and build interactive prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Conduct user testing, review metrics, and apply insights to refine and optimize designs.
  • Apply a strong grasp of
    composition, layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles

- Create and manage
WordPress site designs

, ensuring consistency, usability, and responsiveness.
- Apply
HTML/CSS

to fine-tune layouts and ensure seamless translation from design to implementation.
- Ensure all designs are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with user experience best practices.
- Collaborate across teams throughout the development lifecycle to solve creative and technical challenges.
- Stay current with new design methodologies, tools, and technologies to improve outcomes continuously.
- Maintain organized documentation, version control, and design QA for all deliverables.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Efficiently manage design-related support requests and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholders.
- Work efficiently under tight timelines while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in
    graphic design, UI/UX, and web design.
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, and Figma

(plus knowledge of other design tools).
- Experience with
WordPress

and familiarity with
HTML/CSS

for front-end customization are a plus
- Strong understanding of
visual hierarchy, color, typography, and composition

.
- Experience designing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and apply new creative trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and dependable when meeting project deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
