Township Associate

The TOWNSHIP ASSOCIATE is responsible for:

• Participate in a structured training program covering technical and operational areas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to gain practical experience.

• Work closely with mentors and supervisors to develop a career growth plan.

• Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and execution.

• Analyze technical and operational challenges; propose innovative solutions.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

• Engage in leadership development activities such as workshops and seminars.

• Learn and apply industry best practices and stay updated on emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Horticulture/Agriculture, or Architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in a management career.

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Licensure in Architecture, Urban/Environmental Planning, or Engineering (as applicable).

• 0-2 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Primary assignment will be in McKinley Hill, Taguig, with required travel to other township sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
