Quality Assurance Analyst I (TP Clark Site)

Location: TP Clark Site, Pampanga

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role:

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst I with a strong IT Helpdesk or technical support background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and solid knowledge of Microsoft products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality evaluations on IT Helpdesk interactions to ensure compliance and service excellence.
  • Identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with team leads to maintain and improve quality standards.
  • Analyze data and reports to recommend action plans for better support delivery.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of QA or related experience in a BPO environment

Must have Helpdesk-type background (hardware & software troubleshooting)

Proficient in operating systems troubleshooting and Microsoft products

Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate (at least 2 years in college)

Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
