Position for Immediate Hiring: Bookkeeper

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee records management
  • Support monthly and year-end financial closing
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for billing and payment matters
  • Assist in basic HR tasks as needed (timekeeping, employee records, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or related course
  • Licensed CPA not required
  • At least [insert years, e.g., 1 year] of relevant bookkeeping experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in HR is an advantage
  • Knowledge and/or experience in handling documents for realty companies
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
