Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and analytical GHL Campaign Management & Deliverability Expert to execute and optimize high-performing email campaigns within GoHighLevel. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management — from setup, testing, and list segmentation to monitoring deliverability and reporting results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, data, and ensuring every message reaches its audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and manage automated campaigns and workflows using GHL.
  • Optimize deliverability through list cleaning, domain authentication, and inbox monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks on all campaigns before sending.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform A/B testing to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage CRM data segmentation and maintain up-to-date contact lists.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability or automation issues quickly and effectively.
  • Keep up with trends and updates in email marketing, automation, and compliance.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar email automation tools.
  • Excellent understanding of email deliverability, DNS authentication, and list management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and template design troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in campaign optimization and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, automations, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Understanding of email analytics, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Prior experience resolving spam or domain reputation issues.
