Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language
• Create and modify reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP
• Develop and implement user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancements
• System Integration:
• Work on integration projects involving SAP and non-SAP systems using various SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE)
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems
• Code Optimization and Performance Tuning:
• Perform code reviews and conduct performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
• Optimize existing ABAP code and implement best practices in ABAP development
• Technical Documentation:
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing applications
• Maintain detailed documentation for custom developments, interfaces, and workflows
• Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide technical support for SAP modules, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing
• Ensure all developments meet quality standards and comply with corporate policies

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP & S4HANA development. Applicants should have at least S4H experience, whether leading an S4H project or as a developer in S4H space
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows
• ABAP HR expertise
• In-depth knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE)
• Experience with ABAP Objects, ALV reporting, and Smart Forms/SAP Scripts
• Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and S/4HANA is needed
• SAP EWM Knowledge

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
