We are looking for an
organized and proactive Showroom Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our Makati showroom. This role ensures smooth showroom management, from inventory and order fulfillment to customer experience and staff coordination. The Showroom Manager will also play a key role in training staff, supervising interns, and building systems that keep the showroom running at its best.
Responsibilities
1. Showroom Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle showroom bills, utilities, permits, petty cash, and other admin requirements.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, safety, and readiness at all times.
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and product movement.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics for product availability.
3. Sales Support & Customer Experience
- Support Sales Executives in delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure a seamless client experience inside the showroom.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
4. Order Fulfillment & Coordination
- Manage order processing, invoicing, packing, and delivery scheduling.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for smooth operations.
5. Staff Scheduling, Recruitment & Team Coordination
- Prepare and manage weekly schedules for showroom staff.
- Oversee attendance, punctuality, and task assignments.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise showroom interns or junior associates.
- Act as the liaison between showroom staff and other teams (logistics, finance, marketing).
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising/PR team for events, pop-ups, and displays.
6. Training & Leadership
- Train interns, associates, and sales staff in showroom systems, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for showroom tasks.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
- Act as the first point of accountability for the showroom team.
- Provide regular reports to management on performance, operations, and training needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in retail operations, order fulfillment, or showroom management.
- Strong
organizational and multitasking
skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in
inventory management systems
(POS, Excel, or Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of
administration and compliance
(bills, permits, scheduling).
- Excellent
communication and leadership
skills.
- Ability to
train and supervise interns or junior staff
.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Client-facing experience in
home, furniture, or design industries
is a plus.
