Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits, and regulations (DENR, LLDA, LGU, etc.).
  • Oversee and maintain environmental management systems including; Wastewater treatment facilities, Air emission control systems, Solid and hazardous waste management.
  • Lead safety programs in coordination with plant operations; Fire detection & protection systems, Emergency shutdown and safety relief systems, Gas detection and alarm systems and Occupational health and safety programs
  • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and maintain documentation.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and corrective action planning

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed engineer or chemist.
  • Accredited Pollution Control Officer by DENR (or willing to undergo accreditation).
  • With at least 5 years of working experience in any large manufacturing or industrial facilities including Power/Energy, Bottling or Distillation Plant, or in any related manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental permits, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Willing to do field work and travel nationwide.
