Job Title: Mixologist

Work location: Legaspi Village, Makati

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a mixologist, bartender, or cocktail specialist in upscale bars, restaurants, or hotels.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary mixology techniques, and beverage trends.

• Skilled in using bar equipment, garnishes, infusions, and molecular mixology methods.

• Exceptional palate and creativity in designing unique and balanced cocktails.

• Good understanding of liquor, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, including food and drink pairings.

• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of cleanliness, safety, and bar hygiene standards.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift beverage supplies

Duties and Responsibilities

Cocktail Creation & Beverage Service

• Create, prepare, and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.

• Develop and introduce new, innovative cocktail menus that align with brand identity and seasonal trends.

• Provide recommendations on drink pairings with food.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service, ensuring guests have a memorable bar experience.

• Engage with guests to explain cocktail ingredients, origins, and flavor profiles.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner.

Bar Operations

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and maintained at all times.

• Manage inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.

• Uphold compliance with liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, tools, and glassware.

Teamwork & Training

• Collaborate with bar staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Train and mentor junior bartenders or barbacks on proper cocktail techniques, service standards, and beverage knowledge.

Financial & Administrative

• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions when required.

• Monitor bar profitability by controlling portion sizes and minimizing breakage.

• Assist in creating beverage cost reports and menu pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
