  • In Charge of mixology program for the property.

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of all beverages served in the bar.
  • Drive cocktails, mocktail and menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative and seasonally accurate recipes are available on the menu.
  • Facilitates beverage costing
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of restaurant daily monthly targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a mixologist or similar role
  • Wine Spirit Education Trust Certification is an advantage
  • Mastery of international cocktails.
