Role Overview

The Finance Controller ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data across all entities. This role oversees the timely recording of transactions and collaborates closely with Group Reporting, Group Tax, SSC Finance Operations, and Business Finance teams to resolve issues, recommend adjustments, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP
  • Manage balance sheet accounts, including reconciliations and substantiations
  • Oversee P&L reporting and variance analysis
  • Lead financial close processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve discrepancies
  • Drive process improvements in a shared services environment

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP; advanced Excel proficiency; hands-on SAP/S4Hana experience required
  • Proven experience in shared services and multicultural environments
  • Flexible with shift work to support global operations
  • "Plug-and-play" readiness: able to assume responsibilities immediately with minimal ramp-up
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented; thrives in fast-paced settings
  • Leadership experience: capable of managing teams and optimizing operational processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
