Senior Business Analyst – NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll be a key driver of strategic initiatives, leading large-scale projects and teams within our Engineering Department. You'll be responsible for identifying critical areas for improvement within our business processes and structures, recommending innovative solutions, and ensuring robust collaboration between our business and technical teams. Your vital role will be to guide the successful implementation of comprehensive business solutions, contributing directly to our organizational growth and efficiency.

This is a full-time position based in Makati City/BGC, with a hybrid work setup requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements to drive impactful business changes.

Master Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with executive leadership and other key stakeholders, negotiating and resolving conflicts to build consensus and ensure business goals are not just met, but exceeded.

Champion Process Improvement: Conduct in-depth business analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement and recommend tailored solutions that optimize operations.

Shape Enterprise Architecture & Governance: Define and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture, ensuring a strong alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities. You'll also develop and enforce crucial standards and guidelines for data management, system development, and business analysis.

Oversee Project Implementation: Work in close partnership with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, playing a pivotal role in the testing and successful roll-out of new solutions.

Drive Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the industry by continuously following developments in business analysis, data analytics, project management, and related fields.

Provide Mentorship: Lead and mentor our associate and professional business analysts, offering guidance and support. You'll facilitate vital knowledge sharing and collaboration within the entire business analysis team.
