About the role

Prince Valiant International Corporation is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Iloilo City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately record and process all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
  • Prepare and file all necessary financial reports and tax documents
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance teams as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or business
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
