Job description
Responsible for providing exceptional support to clients in a brokerage firm, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, account-related concerns, trade executions, and document processing. The CSR serves as a liaison between clients and internal departments to uphold service excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Send accurate and up-to-date information on shipment status, rates, and services.
- Collaborate with operations, accounting, and technical teams to ensure smooth processing of client's shipments
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the brokerage industry.
- With pleasing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Willing to work in Ayala Alabang
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
