Job description

Responsible for providing exceptional support to clients in a brokerage firm, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, account-related concerns, trade executions, and document processing. The CSR serves as a liaison between clients and internal departments to uphold service excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Send accurate and up-to-date information on shipment status, rates, and services.
  • Collaborate with operations, accounting, and technical teams to ensure smooth processing of client's shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the brokerage industry.
  • With pleasing personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Willing to work in Ayala Alabang
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
