Your Role
As a Transitions Program Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth transition of all mobile services into Optus.
  • Lead onshore and offshore teams to drive delivery excellence across segments.
  • Manage vendors and contracts effectively to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee workload allocation and priority management for the team.
  • Track progress and engage stakeholders to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project leadership.
  • Proven experience in vendor and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Certification in ITIL.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
