Job description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

A crew or production worker helps to improve our production line.

You'll perform various tasks. You'll prepare the require materials needed for the production run. You'll also keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. Note that this position demands stamina and a good physical condition, as you'll have to regularly lift light to heavy loads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist operator during the production, provide help in preparing required materials needed during the production run

  2. Feeding the machines of the right materials during production to avoid stoppage

  3. Properly arrange cigarette filter rods that comes out from the machine

  4. Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the working area

  5. Help checking product output of the machine through visual inspection and report off specs output

  6. Keeping records of final products for traceability and reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Male or female

  2. Understanding of production procedures and willingness to be trained

  3. Compliance with health and safety regulations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus

  2. Experience working for a cigarette company as a crew member is an advantage

  3. Attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  1. Physical stamina and strength

  2. Can render overtime and can work in shifting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
