We're looking for a Zoho CRM & Automation Specialist to take ownership of our CRM system, automations, customer journeys, and integrations — helping streamline our lead management and sales processes across a fast-growing multi-brand business.
About the Role
The Night Vision Group is Australia's leading group in night vision, thermal imaging and outdoor technology.
In this role, you'll focus on building and improving our Zoho ecosystem — including Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, automation rules, pipelines, segmentation, and system integrations with platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify. Your goal will be to create a smarter and more automated system for capturing leads, managing customer journeys, and supporting the sales team with clean data and actionable workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who loves process automation, CRM structure, and integrations — and wants to make a visible impact through systems that improve efficiency and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho CRM & Lead Management
- Set up, manage, and optimise Zoho CRM (modules, custom fields, views, stages, deal pipelines)
- Improve lead capture and lead routing workflows across B2B and B2C channels
- Create automation rules for follow-ups, task assignments, reminders and pipeline movement
- Maintain clean CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate tracking/reporting
Integrations & Automation Systems
- Build and maintain integrations using Zoho Flow (WooCommerce, Shopify, forms, email tools, etc.)
- Automate tagging, segmentation and follow-ups based on customer behaviour and purchase activity
- Reduce manual admin by streamlining internal workflows across marketing + sales
Email Journeys & Customer Communication
- Support or build automated customer journeys (lead nurturing, post-purchase follow-ups, promotions)
- If required, assist with email platform integration (ActiveCampaign or Zoho Campaigns)
- Collaborate with marketing to test, improve, and optimise timing/messaging
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM (setups, workflows, pipelines, custom fields, reporting)
- Strong experience with Zoho Flow (automation + integrations)
- Experience integrating e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and/or Shopify
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of customer journeys, lead funnels and segmentation
- Bonus: experience with Zoho Campaigns, ActiveCampaign, or other email marketing tools
- Bonus: basic understanding of APIs, webhooks or automation triggers
