This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take complete ownership of Kyrios, GRG Health's proprietary HCP engagement platform. Your responsibilities will include vendor transition, code audits, team building, and new feature delivery.

The main responsibilities of a PRODUCT ENGINEER MANAGER include:

  • Lead all engineering functions for Kyrios 2.0, including architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and security.
  • Manage the complete codebase handover process and establish internal CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure.
  • Design modular backend (NodeJS) and frontend (ReactJS) architectures for scalability and reliability.
  • Drive the development of AI-based targeting, profiling, and recruiter automation features.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and UX teams to prioritize features and ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a small, high-performing engineering team.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 7–12 years of experience in product engineering, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or community-based platforms.
  • Proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB, and ReactJS.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with or developing Kyrios and/or Sermo platforms.
  • Deep understanding of API security, data structures, system scaling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Proven experience leading teams of 5–10 members in early-stage or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  • Hands-on coding ability is mandatory.
  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering).

Preferred:

  • Background in startup or scale-up environments with a "builder mindset."
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to work effectively in lean teams.
  • Focus on clarity, delivery, and execution over theoretical credentials.
