Job description:

  • Operate utility systems such as boilers, compressors, Waste Water, Water system, and pumps.

  • Monitor equipment performance and respond to alarms or abnormal readings

  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs.

  • Minor troubleshoot system issues and restore proper operation.

  • Manage water treatment and maintain correct chemical levels.

  • Record logs and reports on equipment status

  • Coordinate with other departments for system needs

  • Respond to emergencies such as system failures or outages.

Qualifications:

  • Technical or vocational certificate in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology

  • Experience operating boilers, chillers, compressors, or other utility equipment.

  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

  • Ability to read gauges, meters, and technical instructions.

  • Knowledge of water treatment and chemical handling.

  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs (PM).

  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Physically fit (able to lift, climb, stand for long periods)

  • Basic computer and reporting skills

  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php550.00 per month
