Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Visual Merchandising Specialist who will help achieve sales targets through impactful and timely retail display executions. This role ensures that all visual standards are consistently followed across stores and events while supporting campaign and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies across all retail channels
  • Supervise and facilitate on-site store and event installations
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits (physical or virtual) to ensure brand compliance
  • Prepare campaign and promotional allocations
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing team for production of campaign and event collaterals
  • Create visual toolkits, sketches, and display perspectives
  • Consolidate store photos and prepare visual merchandising reports
  • Manage display tools and inventories
  • Participate in store ingress/egress and selling events
  • Provide input on store planning, fixtures, and VM tools development
  • Research lifestyle and design trends to strengthen visual strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse, Sales, and Operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience in retail or related industries
  • Strong background in fashion or retail marketing
  • Willing to conduct regular store visits (Metro and provincial areas)
  • Flexible to work early or late hours during campaigns and events
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator (SketchUp knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
