What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to monitor the production process
  • Conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and resolve any quality issues
  • Analyzing production data and generating reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders
  • Relevant degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
