We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, ensure excellent tenant experience, and manage the overall upkeep and profitability of multiple residential or commercial properties. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance operational responsibilities with strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage tenant concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies for efficient property management and cost control.
  • Review and negotiate service contracts, maintenance agreements, and vendor proposals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments, rent, and other dues.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports related to property operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for repairs, renovations, and facility improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in property management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties or large-scale facilities.
  • Knowledge in budgeting, lease administration, and vendor management.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
