Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our Australian-based Legal Team. The role involves contracts management, legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing support in real estate transactions (including electronic conveyancing through PEXA) and estate planning matters (wills, powers of attorney, etc.).

What You'll Do:

• Draft, redline, and review contracts
• Manage contracts database (tagging, summarizing, calendaring, storing)
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes
• Assist with real estate transactions and PEXA settlements
• Support estate planning: wills, powers of attorney, related documents
• Provide daily support to the Sydney Legal Team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or related field
• Completion of a recognized Paralegal/Legal Assistant program
• 4+ years' experience as a Paralegal (Australian law exposure preferred)
• Proficiency in LEAP Legal Software and PEXA
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive documents
• Experience in BPO / offshore legal support is highly desirable
