  • ₱11,500/week (approx. $200 USD) during 1-month probation
  • ₱13,000–₱15,500/week (approx. $230–$270 USD) after successful probation (based on performance)

At Lux Marketing, we help small businesses across industries — from construction and home services to wellness and beauty — dominate their local markets through SEO-focused content, Google Ads, and social media strategies.

We're currently serving 80+ active clients, most of whom are on ongoing content plans. To meet growing demand, we're expanding our team of copywriters. Our approach is transparent, results-driven, and tailored — no cookie-cutter packages or fluff.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time SEO Copywriter & Content Publisher to join our content team. You'll be collaborating closely with our SEO strategists, a part-time copywriter, and another full-time writer to deliver a high volume of quality, locally optimized blog content.

Your Responsibilities

  • Write and/or publish 8–12 blog posts or web pages per day (average 800–1,200 words each), using AI tools to streamline output.
  • Research and develop content topics using SEMrush and other SEO research tools.
  • Use ZimmWriter and AI-powered writing tools to speed up first drafts, then refine for clarity, accuracy, and SEO best practices.
  • Format and publish posts in the Duda web builder (adding proper H1/H2/H3 headers, internal links, meta titles/descriptions, and optimized images with ALT text).
  • Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and tailored to local service industries (e.g., roofing, plumbing, landscaping, legal, healthcare, wellness).
  • Meet daily and weekly content targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SEO-focused copywriting
  • Strong knowledge of local SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization
  • Ability to produce high-volume, high-quality content consistently
  • Skilled in using SEMrush, ZimmWriter, Grammarly, and other SEO tools
  • Experience publishing with Duda (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Excellent written English and clear communication skills — no exceptions
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Important: We are not looking for gambling, crypto, or single-industry specialists. Applicants who only provide samples from one industry will not be considered. We value versatility and the ability to adapt your writing to multiple niches.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or high-volume content production
  • Understanding of conversion-focused content (calls-to-action, service landing pages, etc.)
  • Ability to manage deadlines under pressure with discipline and consistency
